The other day I was going through my Gumroad analytics and I noticed that I have generated 3,695 sales in total.
My products got a total of 12,010 views since April 2020.
I uploaded my very first product on Gumroad which was a Freebie for my Youtube subscribers in April 2020.
That was a digital download…

The reason behind pricing my products at $0 is I wanted to help my followers get started with Amazon KDP self-publishing.

Therefore, I have been sharing kdp interiors, kdp niches, kdp keywords, and cover templates for free.
A few of them are priced at $1 but a majority of them are freebies.
My Gumroad Earnings
Despite offering my products as freebies I was able to make almost $155 from them.
That happened mainly because a handful of people did pay $1 or more instead of $0.
Below you can see the month-by-month breakdown of sales over time.
And here is the screenshot of my top traffic sources with other metrics like views, sales, and conversion rates.
As you can see, I got the majority of my views and sales from my Gumroad store home page and Gumroad recommendations.
I also got a major portion of views and sales from YouTube. That’s because I was making videos about those products and linking them to my Gumroad shop.
Below is the country-wise breakdown of my Gumroad stats. I got most of my views and sales from the US, Morocco, Nigeria, Idea, Bangladesh, and Pakistan.
I am sharing this because I want to encourage beginners who want to make money online. You can make money if you provide value to others.
Though my numbers are not that staggering in terms of revenue, I still managed to make some money at least.
